The Funasaka Brewery is located deep in the Japanese Alps of central Japan and has created wonderful sakes for about three hundred years. This sake is named after Hidari Jingoro, creator of Japan’s Sleepy Cat Nemuri Neko (wooden cat carving).

Made only with local Gifu Prefecture ingredients, Jingoro Sake has a very ricey flavor with a soft sweet fragrance, balanced by an impressively medium-dry tone.
